Naa Amaakai Laryea is the company’s Human Resources Manager. Over the past five years, she has worked as Administrative Manager for Milani Ltd., and as Human Resource Executive for KEK Insurance Brokers Ltd. Naa is experienced in the drafting and implementation of human resource policy, and she acts as an advisor to her employers in this area. She also records and provides feedback on the state of the company’s human resources. She is competent in the oversight of the appraisal of existing staff, and in the recruitment of new staff. She has also worked to establish procurement departments for her employers.

Naa is also experienced in the design, organization and provision of staff training, and in the handling of staff welfare issues and inter-level communications. She is a proficient administrator, skilled in meeting organization; inventory maintenance; and company travel and vehicle management. She has also been involved in strategic corporate planning which has yielded results such as greater staff retention; improved employee morale and benefits; improved employee conduct; and enhanced company productivity.

Naa Amaakai Laryea is an adaptable, efficient and articulate manager with great interpersonal skills and the drive to succeed. She loves to proactively support and help develop vision and growth in the companies for which she works.

Naa is a member of the Institute of Human Resource Management Practitioners, Ghana, and an affiliate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, UK. She has a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Ghana, Legon, and an MSc in Human Resource Management and Development from the University of Leicester, UK.
